Return and exchange policy

If you are not satisfied with the product within 15 days from the date you receive it, you can apply for a return or exchange. Beyond this period, we will not be able to accept return and exchange requests, except for product quality issues. ​

Returned goods: They must be brand new, unused, undamaged and with intact original packaging. All accessories and labels should be complete and not affect secondary sales. Customized products are not eligible for return if there are no quality issues. ​
Exchange items: In addition to meeting the return conditions, they can only be exchanged for other styles of the same value or by paying the price difference when the inventory is sufficient. In case the selected exchange items are out of stock, we will negotiate a solution with you. ​

Application: Please contact our customer service team, provide the order number and the reason for return or exchange. Our customer service will communicate with you within 48 hours and guide you on the subsequent operations. ​
Return: After obtaining the consent of the customer service, you need to return the goods to the designated address by yourself. Please pack the goods properly to ensure they are not damaged during transportation and keep the logistics tracking number for return. ​
Inspection and Handling: After receiving the returned goods, we will conduct an inspection within 7 working days. If the conditions for return and exchange are met, for returns, a refund will be arranged to your original payment account, and for exchanges, a new product will be sent to you as soon as possible. If the conditions are not met, we will contact you to explain the situation and the goods will be sent back to you at the original address. ​

Return: If you return for personal reasons, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs. If there are quality issues with the goods, we will bear the return shipping cost. You can pay the shipping cost in advance and send it back. We will refund the shipping cost together with the refund. ​
Exchange: If you exchange for personal reasons, you will bear the shipping cost for both returning and sending the new product. If there is a quality issue with the goods, we will cover all the freight charges.
